Chinese New Year Series
It is a culture and tradition, especially in Malaysia and Singapore to have cookies, pastries or snacks in celebration of Chinese New Year. Mooncakes are one of the distinctive traditions of Mid-Autumn Festival. Sharing of mooncakes among family during the festival signifies reunion, unity and completeness. Mooncake gifting is also common among family and friends, which symbolises prosperity and good harvest.
Creativity on flavours are part of the anticipated surprise during Mid-Autumn.
